Our team today carried out a comprehensive Electrical installation Condition Report to a beautiful thatched, listed cottage. Whilst the installation as a whole was generally satisfactory we identified some areas of improvement such as replacing a deteriorated cable to the outbuildings and adding more sockets due to insufficient outlets with too many extension leads, posing a fire risk!
