Our electrician’s JDH Electrics carried out a full & comprehensive Electrical Installation Condition Report / EICR in Coggeshall. We tested & inspected the electrical installation to make sure it was safe, and complaint. At the same time any necessary remedial works identified and a report sent to the owners with the test results and recommendations for any remedial works necessary

Some of the elements inspected & tested include:

• Supply polarity and incomming earth
• Consumer unit
• Earth bonding to gas & water
• Each individual circuit, to include presence of CPC / earthing conductors and to confirm correct polarity
• Continuity of ring final conductors
• Distribution circuit to shed & shed consumer unit
• RCD opperation
