Full & comprehensive EICR in Hauxton Cambridgeshire carried out by JDH Electrics.
Some of the elements inspected & tested include:
- Supply polarity and incomming earth
- Consumer unit
- Earth bonding to gas & water
- Each individual circuit, to include presence of CPC / earthing conductors and to confirm correct polarity
- Continuity of ring final conductors
- Distribution circuit to shed & shed consumer unit
- RCD opperation
At the time of the test some observations were found which will need further action, such as downrating the sockets ring circuit to protect the cabling. Also containing loose cabling in the bedroom, replacing RCD’s and earthing upgrades
